What is Descendants: Wicked Wonderland about?
The new movie picks up after Descendants: The Rise of Red, when Red and Chloe’s time-travel mission appears to have fixed everything. Cinderella is safe, the Queen of Hearts has changed, and everything seems perfect for Red and Chloe. That’s until they discover one magical fix leads to another problem. It turns out that changing the past created an all-new villain, Maddox Hatter.
When Maddox captures the Queen of Hearts, Red and Chloe must team up with Red’s new sister Pink, Luisa Madrigal’s son Luis, Captain Hook’s daughter Hazel, and Maddox’s son Max to save the Queen of Hearts and Wonderland.

After Red and Chloe change the past, Maddox Hatter becomes the new threat in Wonderland. When he captures the Queen of Hearts, Red and Chloe have to jump back into action.
Who’s behind the movie?
Directed by Kimmy Gatewood, the film was written by Tamara Chestna, Dan Frey, and Ru Sommer. Suzanne Todd and Gary Marsh return as executive producers, with Emmy® Award-winning choreographer Emilio Dosal bringing the movie’s new music-and-dance sequences to life.

Kylie Cantrall returns as Red and Malia Baker is back as Chloe. After changing the past in The Rise of Red, the two are pulled into a new Wonderland adventure with unexpected consequences. Awkwafina joins the cast as the voice of Chessy the Cat, while Leonardo Nam returns as Maddox Hatter, the new villain at the center of the story.
The movie also brings back Melanie Paxson as Fairy Godmother, Paolo Montalban as King Charming, Leonardo Nam as Maddox Hatter, Rita Ora as the Queen of Hearts, and Brandy as Cinderella.
