Early Influence, Musical Excellence & Ahmet Ertegun Award Honorees

The Early Influence honorees include Celia Cruz, Fela Kuti, Queen Latifah, MC Lyte, and Gram Parsons. Those honored for Musical Excellence are Linda Creed, Arif Mardin, Jimmy Miller, and Rick Rubin. The winner of this year’s Ahmet Ertegun Award is Ed Sullivan.

What happened at the 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony? 

At the 2025 ceremony, presenters and performers included Elton John, Flea, and Missy Elliott, and the 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame class welcomed the likes of Cyndi Lauper and Outkast in the Performer category.
