Freakier Friday Plot & Cast

Years after Tess and Anna’s original swap, another mystical mix‑up trades bodies across three generations. Tess (Jamie Lee Curtis) and Anna (Lindsay Lohan) switch places with Anna’s daughter Harper and soon-to-be stepsister Lily. The Colemans race to reverse the chaos before Anna’s wedding to Eric Davies (Manny Jacinto), with quick-fire comedy, heartfelt lessons, and a fresh soundtrack along the way.

Curtis and Lohan return as the mother-daughter duo, alongside Julia Butters, Sophia Hammons, and Manny Jacinto, adding a new generation into the mix. Familiar faces also join the main cast with Mark Harmon as Ryan, Chad Michael Murray as Jake, and Christina Vidal Mitchell as Maddie. Nisha Ganatra serves as director, with producers Kristin Burr, Andrew Gunn, and Jamie Lee Curtis also on board. Freakier Friday introduces new complexities into the story as the characters experience life in a blended family.
