Who are the returning cast of characters in The Muppet Show special event?
Let’s reacquaint ourselves with our fuzzy friends who bring the show to life.
Kermit the Frog
Kermit the Frog is the host of The Muppet Show. He’s a natural leader who tries his best to keep the Muppets on track. Even with the constant chaos surrounding him, Kermit is there to remind everyone that the show must go on.
Miss Piggy
Miss Piggy is the glamorous, hugely-talented star of The Muppet Show, bringing her dramatic flair and sensational sense of style to both comedy sketches and songs. She is always ready for the spotlight even if she has to share it with special guest star Sabrina Carpenter.
Fozzie Bear
Fozzie Bear is a furry, funny, fabulous stand-up comedian. Fozzie has been brushing up his comedy chops for his return to The Muppet Show stage and he can bear-ly contain his excitement. Wocka! Wocka!
The Great Gonzo
Gonzo is a fearless daredevil and performance artiste. Culture lovers and fans of lunatic daring will be thrilled to see what The Great Gonzo has planned for his grand return to The Muppet Show!
Scooter
Scooter is the ever-reliable stage manager and producer who keeps The Muppet Show on track behind the scenes. He’s always eager to lend a helping hand — even when things get a bit out of hand.
Rowlf the Dog
Rowlf is a laid-back piano-playing pooch with a song in his heart and a dry sense of humor. On The Muppet Show, Rowlf plays piano in the orchestra and in musical numbers.
Pepé the King Prawn
Pepé is a fast-talking, charming king prawn (NOT a shrimp) making his debut on The Muppet Show. Pepé plays a surprising role in a new comedy sketch that his many fans are going to love, okay.
Statler & Waldorf
Statler and Waldorf are the two cranky theatergoers who never miss a chance to heckle The Muppet Show. Their constant curmudgeonly presence in the balcony keeps the Muppets on their toes.
Dr. Bunsen Honeydew & Beaker
Dr. Bunsen Honeydew is the brilliant inventor who heads Muppet Labs and Beaker is his loyal assistant. They continue their pursuit of scientific greatness in The Muppet Show, with a brand-new experiment that fans will have to see to believe!
Rizzo the Rat
Rizzo is constantly hungry (despite constantly eating) and will try (eating) anything once. In The Muppet Show, Rizzo is excited to show off his musical chops with his fellow rats.
