The operation is led by Baek Chang-gi (Kim Moo-yul), a ruthless ex-mercenary, and Jang Dong-chul (Lee Dong-hwi), a genius IT CEO. To crush this international crime syndicate, Ma Seok-do teams up with Jang I-su (Park Ji-hwan) and unites the Metro and Cyber units for an upgraded, no-holds-barred takedown.
