Rebecca Talent is one of Spain's most prestigious talent agencies. Its four main agents, along with their loyal assistants and the stars who walk through its doors, make up a vibrant and competitive universe where the fast pace of a constantly evolving profession combines with the deep emotional dimension of the lives of its protagonists.

Gabi, son of the boss and founder of Rebecca Talent, has been married for 16 years to Andrea, also an agent at the agency. At a moment of weakness for both agents, something happens that blows their marriage apart. The separation not only affects their private lives but also jeopardizes the delicate internal balance of the agency. Gabi has to learn to live without her and try to reinvent himself. The appearance of Valeria, Gabi's childhood friend and agent for the competition, only complicates matters.

Other key characters orbit around them, such as Matías, Gabi's brother-in-law and the agency's most calculating strategist, who will have to deal with the appearance of a person who will put his life in check, or Maribel, a veteran agent who tries to keep calm amid the chaos. In addition, a group of young assistants struggle to make their way through egos, contracts, and raw emotions. Each episode revolves around a guest celebrity—who plays themselves—and who puts the agents in a bind with their eccentricities, insecurities, or work conflicts. All this under the pressure of keeping the agency at the top, something that will not be made easy by Asier, a rival agent who is aggressive and unscrupulous, forcing the protagonists to make difficult decisions, face their past, and redefine their loyalties.
