After an accident, Manson Law is being investigated due to the suspicious activities revolving around him. Inspector Ho uses the leads from this case to track down Joe Szema, a suspect who has his own agenda. When Inspector Ho finally found him, an assassin tries to murder Joe at the same time, which leaves Inspector Ho confused as to who is the predator and who is the prey.

Manson Law suddenly meets with an accident and is sent to the hospital where he meets an inspector, Jackson Ho. Inspector Ho starts investigating Law when he finds some suspicious activities revolving around him. It turns out that Law is secretly involved in the legendary “Landlord Club” which is a syndicate that manipulates the stock market. Inspector Ho uses the leads from the Landlord Club case to track down the suspect, Joe Szema.
