After an accident, Manson Law is being investigated due to the suspicious activities revolving around him. Inspector Ho uses the leads from this case to track down Joe Szema, a suspect who has his own agenda. Inspector Ho starts investigating Law when he finds some suspicious activities revolving around him. It turns out that Law is secretly involved in the legendary “Landlord Club” which is a syndicate that manipulates the stock market.
