Coin Locker Girl

An abandoned baby girl is found in a coin locker at a train station and named Il-young (Kim Go-eun) by a beggar. Il-young is later sold to a woman referred to simply as Mother (Kim Hye-soo), who is the boss of a criminal organization called Chinatown. Mother has taken in many homeless children, but only Il-young gets to go home with Mother, while the others stay in Chinatown.

One day, Il-young meets Park Seok-hyun (Park Bo-gum), whose father owes money to a loan shark of the organization. Il-young sees a whole new world in the boy, and starts to yearn for the outside world. Nevertheless, when Mother finds out about it, she is determined to shatter her fantasy. She sends Il-young on an extremely dangerous mission. Little does Mother know that the mission will cause a hurricane so powerful that may even eradicate the existence of Chinatown.
