Chi-Kit infiltrates a criminal organization as an undercover agent to investigate its mastermind, Hong. However, his cover is blown, and he disappears without a trace. Chi-Kit's direct superior, Wah, decides to abort the operation. Later, Wah learns that Chi-Kit has been imprisoned in Thailand and decides to rescue him personally.
Prison Guard Chai watches over Chi-Kit closely, as only his bone marrow can save Chai's sick daughter. However, the warden is determined to eliminate Chi-Kit to ensure the smooth operation of the behind-the-scenes transactions.
Meanwhile, the ailing Hong suddenly appears, preparing for a heart transplant surgery to save himself. Chi-Kit realizes that the entire prison is, in fact, a human organ supply market controlled by Hong.
