It's time to rewind to the 90s and 00s. Disney+ Hulu Throwbacks are taking you back with a summer full of nostalgia

Cue the wand intro. Disney+ and Hulu are pressing play on a new wave of throwback titles and experiences, spotlighting fan-favorite movies, shows, curated collections, returning classics, and immersive activations all summer long. Inspired by last year’s Throwbacks takeover, the 2026 Disney+ Hulu Throwbacks campaign is expanding with more ways for fans to revisit Disney Channel 90s and early-00s favorites that defined a generation, like The Cheetah Girls and Hannah Montana. The Disney+ Hulu Throwbacks Mini Mall Pops Up In Los Angeles

The Disney+ Hulu Throwbacks Mini Mall rolls out at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles for a two-day retro experience inspired by Disney+ and Hulu classics. The pop-up opens on June 6 from 12pm PT to  7pm PT, and June 7 from 11am PT to 7pm PT. 

The experience includes the Throwbacks Fountain, Glee Photo Op, Mystery Pin Machine, The Princess Diaries Slide, MAC Pro Beauty Salon, and Photo Lab.

The Throwbacks Stream Is Back With Nonstop Disney Channel Original Movies

The Throwbacks Stream returns May 22, giving Premium subscribers access to an all-day marathon of the top 50 Disney Channel Original Movies.

The stream is part of Disney+ and Hulu’s broader Throwbacks celebration, which spotlights 90s and 00s favorites through curated collections, returning classics, and immersive experiences throughout the summer.

The Disney+ Hulu Throwbacks Podcast gives you an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at fan-favorite titles such as High School Musical, Cheetah Girls, Camp Rock, and more, hosted by Sherry Cola and Cierra Ramirez.

New Movies & Shows

Disney+ is adding new movies and shows tied to the Throwbacks celebration, including The Brave Little Toaster on May 25 and The Weekenders Seasons 1 and 2 on May 25. The lineup also includes Camp Rock 3 this August and a new season of Wizards Beyond Waverly Place this summer.

Throwbacks Collection

You can also celebrate the 20th anniversaries of cherished titles, including High School Musical, Hannah Montana, The Devil Wears Prada, and Ugly Betty through the Throwbacks Collection.
