20 years after Andy’s challenging, fabulous, and life-changing months at Runway magazine, it’s time for her to enter Miranda Priestly’s office again. 

Miranda faces a magazine publishing industry in flux, and reunites with a more confident, mature Andy. Together, they face Miranda’s former “first” assistant, Emily, now a major player at a luxury brand.

Blunt starred alongside Streep in 2014’s Into the Woods and also played one of the leads in the adventure comedy Jungle Cruise.

Stanley Tucci As Nigel Kipling

Nigel is Runway’s art director. When Andy arrives in the original The Devil Wears Prada, he quickly becomes her ally and confidant, showing her the ropes and elevating her personal style. Nigel is devoted to Runway and works closely with Miranda, but that doesn’t mean he’s immune to her withering remarks. Tucci also has his own National Geographic culinary travel show, Tucci in Italy.

What is the plot of The Devil Wears Prada?

Andy is a recent journalism graduate hoping to make it as a serious reporter in New York. But her world is turned upside down when she’s offered a job as an assistant to Runway’s editor-in-chief, Miranda Priestly. 

Andy initially thinks the job is beneath her and dismisses fashion as frivolous. At the same time, she struggles to live up to Miranda’s sky-high expectations. With determination, dedication, and a little help from Runway’s art director Nigel, she soon comes into her own. Andy’s new life comes at a cost, and she soon finds that her career is changing more than her wardrobe. As her romantic relationship and long-time friendships suffer, Andy must decide what she’s willing to sacrifice for success.
