Home Alone has long been a fixture in Christmas movie lineups, but this December is extra special as the movie becomes a timeless 35 years old. Get excited, ya filthy animals. To mark Home Alone turning 35 this year, Disney+ will be throwing a number of larger-than-life celebrations throughout December to mark the milestone. Special events include the building of the world’s largest gingerbread house modeled after the iconic McCallister home, Little Nero’s Pizzeria serving up “A Lovely Cheese Pizza”, and an elevated travel experience courtesy of CLEAR.

A Sweet Tribute: McCallister Home Recreated As Record-Breaking Gingerbread House
Few houses are as recognizable as the McCallister home featured in the first two Home Alone films. Now, Disney+ and Hulu are embarking on a mission to recreate it out of gingerbread and break an official GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title while they’re at it.
The house will be a gigantic 25.6 feet tall, 42 feet wide, and 58 feet long, with ingredients including 5,700 pounds of flour and over 4,200 eggs. Expert bakers will create 4,400 gingerbread brick tiles and 800 roof tiles, all held together with 20 gallons of edible glue and finished with 20 pounds of fondant.
Where and when can I see the gingerbread house?
The installation will be open to the public on the evenings of December 18 (from 6:00 - 9:30pm) and December 19 (from 4:30 - 9:30pm) at Hollywood and Vine in Los Angeles, California (weather dependent). In the spirit of the season, there will also be a Toys for Tots gift drive, so consider bringing a new, unwrapped toy to donate and make someone else’s Christmas a little more magical.

Fans Can Order “A Lovely Cheese Pizza” At Little Nero’s Prince St. Pizza Pop-Ups
If you’ve always dreamed of trying the Little Nero’s “Lovely Cheese Pizza” that Kevin gets delivered, this event is for you. From December 10 to 17, Disney+ is bringing the fictional pizzeria to life alongside Prince St. Pizza.
Where can I get my hands on a slice?
With Little Nero’s pizza boxes, updated menus, and collectible packaging, Prince St. Pizza locations across the country will serve up a real-life taste of Home Alone. Pizzerias in Chicago and Toronto will also incorporate Little Nero’s decor and branded elements, while the Studio City location in Los Angeles will receive a full makeover, inside and out, transporting customers back to the 90s. Keep an eye out for the iconic Little Nero’s delivery car outside for the ultimate photo op.
“Kevin!” CLEAR Makes Holiday Travel Merry With “No Kevin Left Behind”
Traveling over the holidays just got a lot more fun with Disney+ and CLEAR’s “No Kevin Left Behind” airport activation.
With nine major airports across the United States taking part between December 17 and 21, CLEAR+ Members will receive limited-edition Home Alone-themed ornaments to brighten their travel day.
Not only that, CLEAR+ Members named Kevin who use select CLEAR+ Lanes will receive a code for a complimentary CLEAR Concierge service for a future trip.

Launch Disney+ With A Little Holiday Magic On The VIZIO Voice Remote
