Send Help Lead Cast

Rachel McAdams As Linda Liddle

Send Help, 20th Century Studios, Hulu

About The Character

Linda Liddle is an exceptional yet undervalued employee on the Strategy and Planning team at a consulting firm. She excels at her office job but is routinely overlooked at work. Outgoing but often awkward, she’s a Survivor enthusiast who lives alone with her pet bird, Sweetie. Her survival and leadership skills are put to the test when she finds herself stranded on a deserted island with her conceited boss, Bradley.

Where You've Seen Rachel McAdams Before

You may know her as legendary teen queen Regina George in Mean Girls, have seen her in Spotlight, or caught her more recent work in Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret (Hulu).*

Dylan O'Brien As Bradley Preston

Dylan O'Brien as Linda's boss Bradley Preston.
Send Help, 20th Century Studios, Hulu

About The Character

After inheriting the CEO position at his late father’s consulting firm, charismatic but arrogant Bradley Preston shows little appreciation for his hardest working employees. While he has personal charm in spades, his disdain for the diligent Linda Liddle complicates his situation when he finds himself stranded with her on a deserted island.

Where You've Seen Dylan O'Brien Before

If you caught him in Twinless (Hulu),* Anniversary (Hulu),* or Not Okay (Hulu),* you’ve already seen how good he is at playing a charming persona starting to crack under pressure. His brand of dark humor is perfect in Send Help.

Send Help Supporting Cast

Edyll Ismail As Zuri

About The Character

Bradley’s fiancée, Zuri, is a statuesque beauty and the opposite of Linda in many ways. She’s dedicated to Bradley and shows her mettle when she hires a Thai boat captain to help her continue looking for her missing fiancé after the authorities call off their search.

Where You’ve Seen Edyll Ismail Before

La Brea viewers may recognize her as Leyla. She also appears in Ghosts: Australia, so her acting résumé leans toward darkly comic stories, making her a natural fit for Send Help.

Xavier Samuel As Donovan

About The Character

Donovan, Bradley’s smug and sycophantic friend, has no reservations passing Linda’s work off as his own. As Bradley’s college fraternity brother and golfing partner, he is the top pick for VP ahead of Linda and joins the group on the plane to negotiate the Bangkok merger.

Where You’ve Seen Xavier Samuel Before

Samuel’s face may already be filed under bad news if you remember him as Riley Biers in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. He also appears as Scotty Moore in Elvis, while his roles in  movies like Love & Friendship and Blonde highlight his ability to master characters that seem suave and polished on the surface, with a mean streak tucked neatly underneath.

Chris Pang As Chase

About The Character

Chase, the office flirt and member of Bradley’s inner circle, treats Linda with unwelcoming disdain and adds to her torment at work. As part of Bradley’s crew, he joins the group traveling on the plane to Bangkok for the merger meeting.

Where You’ve Seen Chris Pang Before

If he looks familiar, you can blame two very different weddings. In Crazy Rich Asians he plays Colin Khoo, and in Palm Springs (Hulu)* he plays Trevor, who turns a sun-drenched celebration into a headache.

Dennis Haysbert As Franklin

About The Character

As a long-term employee of the consulting firm and a key operative under Bradley’s late father, Franklin is tasked with helping Bradley integrate into the company. His knowledge of Linda’s worth leads him to advocate for her. Franklin is the only one who is aware of Linda's benefit to the company and reminds Bradley that his father promised her a promotion.

Where You’ve Seen Dennis Haysbert Before

If you’re wondering where you’ve heard his voice before, you’re probably remembering President David Palmer on 24 (Hulu).* Haysbert’s natural gravitas does a lot of work in his role as Franklin, even before the story starts messing with your nerves.

Emma Raimi As River

About The Character

Linda’s no-nonsense colleague and cubicle mate, River, is sympathetic toward Linda and her many quirks. While River’s cool-girl nonchalance is less than friendly when it comes to Linda, she recognizes and resents the boys’ club at the office.

Where You’ve Seen Emma Raimi Before

Before Send Help, Raimi appeared in the short Happy Pills and Spider-Man™ 3.
