When is the 2026 NFL Draft?

It all begins with Round 1 on Thursday, April 23 at 8pm ET / 5pm PT. Rounds 2-3 will be Friday, April 24, and Rounds 4-7 will be Saturday, April 25.

What time does the 2026 NFL Draft start?

Round 1 starts at 8pm ET / 5pm PT on Thursday, April 23. On Friday, April 24, rounds 2 and 3 start at 7pm ET / 4pm PT. The final day kicks off with rounds 4-7 at 12pm ET / 9am PT on Saturday, April 25.

Where is the 2026 NFL Draft being held?

For the first time since 1948, the draft heads to Pittsburgh, PA. Events will take place at the Steelers’ Acrisure Stadium and at Point State Park. 

What is the NFL Draft?

The NFL Draft is where teams build for what’s next. All 32 teams take turns selecting new players to add to their roster. It’s an opportunity for teams to add new talent to their roster and build for the upcoming season and beyond.

Taking place over seven rounds, teams take turns at drafting one player per round, in reverse order of the previous season’s standings. Teams can also trade picks, moving up or down the order in exchange for players or picks in other rounds. 

During each pick, a team has between 4 and 8 minutes, depending on the round, to make their selection from the available players. A total of 257 picks will be made in this year’s Draft.

Who is hosting NFL Draft Daily?

Field Yates hosts the show, leading a panel that includes renowned Draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. and NFL front-office veteran and analyst Louis Riddick. Draft analysts Matt Miller and Jordan Reid and former NFL executive Mike Tannenbaum also make regular appearances, with Adam Schefter contributing breaking news and reporting as warranted.

When does NFL Draft Daily start and what’s the schedule?

The show airs weekdays at 3pm ET / 12pm PT, starting February 11, 2026. The show pauses during draft weekend (April 23 to 25), then returns for four final episodes from 27–30, to discuss the Draft’s results.
