Amid beautiful, snow-covered Alpine surroundings sits the Johannes-Thal Clinic. During the day, the young doctors attend a course where they train in the care and rescue of injured people, and in the evening, they enjoy the hospitality of the villagers. However, the mood changes when their mountain guide suddenly disappears.
