Two girls from different backgrounds come together and change each other’s lives. Piper Dellums is the daughter of a U.S. congressman in Washington, D.C. When Mahree is chosen to spend a semester at the Dellums' house, she and Piper realize they weren’t what each other expected. Each girl has to face the assumptions she has made and learn the true color of friendship.
