Lippo, Dagmar, Karl, and Rizzo, each grappling with their own struggles, embark on a quest for happiness. Lippo faces sudden unemployment, Dagmar finds a gun and plans a robbery, Karl sells water filters to make ends meet, and Rizzo struggles with being different. Despite their efforts, a series of mishaps and car crashes make happiness feel out of reach.
