Anne soon realizes she’s going to need the help of her half-sister Pauline, although they haven’t spoken for ten years. While she was climbing the social ladder of the police, the other became a reputable historian, specialized in deciphering the stanzas of the visionary prophet. Then, three other murders take place, and each time Anne finds a piece of parchment that Pauline succeeds in deciphering. Could it be a malediction or a psychopathic staging? All the clues indicate Pauline as the next victim. Is she linked to the murders? Why her? What is their family secret that prompted such anger?
