Wong Chi-Shing is an outstanding cadet in the Police Academy and is appointed to be an undercover cop to infiltrate the Hung Hing triad. In five years’ time, he becomes the right-hand man of the top leader of Hung Hing, Fei-Loong. After Tong Pau, Fei-Loong’s buddy, is wounded, Hung Hing pushes Fei-Loong to take the reins. At the birthday party for her mother, Tong Pau, a buddy of Fei-Loong’s, gets into a territorial dispute with Loan Shark Ko, the leader of another triad. Tong Pau has no idea that the police has implanted an undercover cop by his side, Big Head Man. He is therefore arrested by Inspector Cole, during which he’s wounded and hospitalized.
