Wah and his subordinate, Fly are low-rank gangsters. Fly often gets in trouble and leaves Wah to clean up after him. Wah is a cool big brother, but he lacks the ambition to rise in the ranks of the gangster society. When he unexpectedly meets his cousin from Kowloon, he falls in love with her and even thinks about leaving the gangster life.
