In the first movie, Andy arrived at Runway as an aspiring journalist who had little interest in fashion. Working for Miranda quickly tested her ambitions, relationships, and how much she was willing to sacrifice for her career.
In the sequel, she returns to Runway as its new features editor, bringing the confidence and authority she lacked at the start of her career. She may know how the office runs, but working alongside Miranda again is unlikely to be easy.
